The Training Group of Inovamais has as its main mission the promotion of the growth of the competitive capacity of the company and its human resources, through the implementation of training activities and development of skills.		The Training Group focuses its services in 4 important areas of intervention: -Development of services and activities of professional training adjusted to the market needs; -Implementation of training and professional perfectioning projects; -Promotion of innovation and the development of good practices in entrepreneurial context; -Awareness for the advantages and benefits of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Knowledge Management.

The Training Group aims to be the agent for change and for the promotion of innovation, supporting the organizational development, promoting the improvement of qualifications and the growth of the competitive capacity of our clients, through consultancy and training processes, which allow a quick adaptation to contexts each time more demanding and global. +		The group develops and participates in several national and international projects in partnership with several institutions, namely SMEs, public institutions and non-profit organizations. +

In order to develop the training actions effectively and efficiently, we always gather a working team constituted by experienced trainers, with proved knowledge and skills – technical and educational – and always assuring the necessary accuracy and depth to the definition of an adequate training intervention. +		In this area, you can find info on several themes related to training, innovation and knowledge management, namely reading suggestions, glossary and articles of interest. +
