The Regional Cooperation Group’s mission is to support companies in the dynamization of their innovation cycle, through the provision of integrated services of support to the definition and implementation of strategies and open innovation practices (innovation outsourcing), elaboration of R&D+i for National Strategic Reference Framework and support to the Implementation of Systems for Management of Research, Development and Innovation, according to NP 4457.
The Regional Cooperation Group’s mission is to support Portuguese companies in the promotion and identification of opportunities of public funding to support entrepreneurial R&D+i (Research & Development & Innovation), contributing this way for the improvement of the company’s innovation.
The Regional Cooperation Group focuses its services in two important areas of intervention which include the organizational design for a culture of sustainable innovation and the implementation of a strategy focused in open innovation recurring to financial and management instruments.
The Group provides a set of specialized consultancy services which include the innovation outsourcing service, elaboration of applications to national and international programmes and implementation of systems of RDI and project management.
The Regional Cooperation Group presents a set of added value solutions directed to companies with different levels of maturity in innovation practices or which intend to develop innovation skills, diminishing the risk and focusing on the results: -Innovation outsourcing service as a growth engine; -Elaboration of applications in the scope of the National Strategic Reference Framework; -Implementation of systems for management of research, development and innovation, according to NP 4457; -Elaboration of applications to European programmes in the scope of the European Territorial Cooperation and also LIFE+ and Intelligent Energy Europe Programmes.
The Group develops and participates in several international projects, having a long list of participation. Nowadays it is supporting the ISQ of Universidade da Beira Interior in the activities to be developed in the scope of the project REDOMIC of the SUDOE Space (funded by the Initiative INTERREG IVB SUDOE).
The group has a team which gathers the multidisciplinary and versatility that the clients need. The team represents the capacity to make available an added value service with proximity and quality, putting together technical skills and youth.
